A – Age. Everything you see on this shop is for those ages 13 and up! If you're under 18, always check with a guardian before making a purchase; if you're older, well, shop away at your wallet's risk!
B – Blog. Want to know more about who we are and if we're actually real people? Just take a few minutes to visit our blog, written by Christine. And, if you want, leave a quick comment to say hello!
C – Coupons. We like good surprises as much as any other person and in the shopping world, coupons are amazing. Look out for them! Sometimes, they're planned (announced on site), but sometimes, they're random (Twitter).
D – Dare. Dare to try new fashions! Maybe you're looking through our New Arrivals, and something out of your usual jewelry collection catches your eye. Do you grab it or leave it? Two words: be brave.
E – Email. In this very busy and big world we live in, it's tough to sit down and have a long phone chat. That's why there are emails to make everyone's life a little easier. We do most of our communication via email, so please make sure your email is current!
F – Fashion. Sure, there might be more important things in a girl's life, but fashion ranks pretty high for most of us. To stay ahead and look polished, look through our New Arrivals (updated as much as possible!) and if you don't see something, ask!
G – Georgia. Our warehouse and office are located in Georgia, USA. All orders are shipped out from this warehouse and this is the place where wonderful things happen.
I – Item descriptions. When we type up descriptions for new items, we open our eyes a little wider and drink an extra cup of coffee. We try to keep it as accurate as possible to provide you with the most information as possible. Did we miss something? Ask!
J – Jewelry (duh!). Yes, we might not be carrying fine jewelry or be Tiffany, but we're looking out for the everyday girl who might have a boring job, but sure won't have a boring jewelry box!
O – Online only. We operate 100% online; so, we do not have an actual store that you can physically walk into. Why? Because we know you're busy and sometimes, you have to buy an emergency something at midnight when everyone else is closed. We're open 24/7!
P – Prices. RissyJewels.com works very, very hard to bring you pretty things at a low cost. We are on your side and want you to look and feel wonderful at whatever occasion you'll be. Bonus: everything is packaged up in the most thoughtful way.

R – Returns. We want you to like, love, and adore whatever you receive. That being said, if something is amiss, let us know! For sanitary reasons, no earrings are returnable. Also, for all international orders, returns cannot be handled at this time. Thanks! [Return Policy]
S – Shipping. Like any other true online shopping aficionado, we appreciate free shipping and want you to enjoy it, too. It's available for both domestic and select international orders, so don’t hold back and accessorize! [Shipping Policy]
T – Twitter. We tweet as much as we can about nearly everything -- the weather, the regular daily stuff, sales, contests, fashions, blog updates, news… Whatever! And, if you tweet us, you'll be sure to get a tweet right back. Follow us @rissyjewels.
U – USPS or UPS. You'll find most of your orders shipped via USPS since it tends to be the cheapest way, but some larger orders will be sent via UPS. We'll let you know. If you have any questions about an already shipped order, please email us.
Y – YouTube. There are a few girls out there ("gurus") who have sweetly made video reviews about us. We plan on putting up a "media" page soon, but for now, you can see videos here and learn a thing or two about looking beautiful.
