SHIPPING
Orders are shipped via USPS (Post Office) from our warehouse located in Georgia, USA. Orders received Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM EST will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders received Monday through Friday after 1:00 PM EST or on weekends or holidays will be shipped out the next business day. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

Shipping is calculated based upon the order total as detailed below.

48 Contiguous States:
$0.01 to $29.99 - $5.95
$30 and up – FREE!

Extended Locations: (Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands)
$0.01 to $49.99 - $8.95
$50 and up – FREE!

International: (all other locations)

SALES TAX
For the orders shipped to Georgia, we are obligated to charge 7% sales tax.

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover card. We cannot accept AmericanExpress at this time.

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be more than happy to give you a full refund, excluding the shipping charge. Please send items back to us within 15 days from the shipment date. If the item is undamaged, please make sure that the item is sent back in its original condition. To make a return, please email us for an RMA number. If you are located outside the 48 contiguous states, please contact us before making a return.

Please note that for sanitary reasons, earrings cannot be returned; therefore, all earring sales are final!

Important: We are sorry, but we cannot accept any returns for internationally shipped items for any reason. This includes all countries outside of North America. However, if there is a serious issue with your package we need to be aware of, please email us.

EXCHANGES
We regret to say that we cannot handle exchanges at this time. Please refer to our Returns policy above.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
If you notice a reduction in price with any of our items, email us at sales@rissyjewels.com. We will gladly honor price adjustments one time within 14 days of your order date. We're sorry, but this doesn't apply to items purchased with a promotional discount.
